Micah Avry Guiao is a curious writer based in Metro Manila. She had just finished her undergraduate studies in Creative Writing, with a minor in Global Politics, at Ateneo de Manila University. 

For her, writing is political as it is personal, evidenced by her ongoing practice to blur the line that every so often separates them. Her love for contradictions is what brought her to writing in the first place, with politics, psychology, and popular culture as the avenues through which these are tackled.

In her spare time, she tries to upcycle old clothes with her mini sewing machine, learn basic French, and make sure her six-month-old Beagle isn't chewing on the walls.
