Micah Avry Guiao is a writer and journalist based in Metro Manila. She had just finished her undergraduate studies in Creative Writing, with a minor in Global Politics, at Ateneo de Manila University. 

No matter the form, much of her (ideal) work explores the intersection of politics, psychology, and popular culture—the three loves of her life. Anything goes as long as she gets to the grey area of things. 

In her spare time, she tries to upcycle old clothes with her mini sewing machine, bury her head in a collection of essays, and train her three-month-old Beagle to give high-fives.
